Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 accepted) registrations required with 5+ years of experience.
- Established and portable practice with a minimum of $1MM in production.
- Experience managing client portfolios and driving growth.
- Proven relationship-building and business development skills.
Desired
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Proven ability to partner and generate leads.
- Experience balancing investment management, sales, and new client development.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay Transparency Details:
Location-specific pay ranges from $48,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan, with performance-based incentives on monthly, quarterly, and/or annual metrics.
