Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a full range of goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies, including client needs assessment.
  • Maintain knowledge of the firm's latest planning tools, techniques, and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with management, and inform them of circumstances requiring supervisory review per compliance guidelines.
  • Source prospective clients and capitalize on referrals.
  • Deliver customized solutions utilizing the full resources of Bank of America Merrill.
  • Understand the aspects of a successful practice and complete necessary training and development.
  • Required Skills:

    • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 accepted) registrations required with 5+ years of experience.
    • Established and portable practice with a minimum of $1MM in production.
    • Experience managing client portfolios and driving growth.
    • Proven relationship-building and business development skills.

    Desired

    Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
    • Proven ability to partner and generate leads.
    • Experience balancing investment management, sales, and new client development.
    • Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly entrepreneurial mindset.

    Hours Per Week: 40

    Pay Transparency Details:

    Location-specific pay ranges from $48,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. This role is eligible for a formulaic incentive plan, with performance-based incentives on monthly, quarterly, and/or annual metrics.
