Baker Street Behavioral Healthis committed to working with and providing the highest quality care to individuals in need of psychological services. Clinicians will work as part of our practice, servicing patients, couples, and families who are in need of psychological care.

This hybrid position is out of our Paramus office. Daytime sessions available. Additional NJ office locations and hiring are available in Cedar Grove, Fair Lawn, Flemington, and Franklin Lakes. Clinicians can work in multiple offices, if preferred. If you are licensed in multiple states, Baker Street is seeing patients across the country.

Deliver effective therapeutic services and be knowledgeable of current techniques
Accurately evaluates and efficiently identifies strengths and needs
Effectively communicates information in verbal and written forms
Observes and assesses patients' progress and prepares documentation in a timely manner
Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort

About you:

Hold a valid license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD)
Have current malpractice coverage
Able to treat a range of ages, abilities, and disorders
Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to work independently
Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations
Experience treating clinical health a plus
Medicare credentialed a plus
