Program Coordinator of Residential Services
Join Care Plus NJ as a Program Coordinator of Residential Services. Responsibilities include assisting consumers with documentation, administering medication, coordinating treatment plans, and training new staff. This full‑time position is based in a residential home in Bergen County (Ridgewood or Westwood).
What You Will Do- Prepare written intake assessments with treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Complete documentation weekly and monthly in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Administer medication to clients.
- Report deficiencies to management promptly.
- Help with staff scheduling under managerial direction.
- Coordinate training for newly hired staff and model appropriate professional behavior.
- Assist staff in assimilating to agency procedures, documentation standards, and program requirements.
- Contribute to program‑related improvement processes and activities.
- Conduct ongoing assessment of clients using knowledge of age‑specific populations, developmental level, and diagnosis.
- Assist clients in meeting established goals developed in the multidisciplinary treatment plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science area from an accredited college or university.
- 1 year of experience in the behavioral health care field; experience in mental health, residential or partial care services is desirable.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license required and must be insurable by Agency’s automobile insurance.

Hourly wages: 1st Shift $23.41, 2nd Shift $25.17, 3rd Shift $25.75.
