Program Hours24/7 Program.
Shift ScheduleOn-site, Part‑time; scheduling varies according to shift and employee availability, and program needs. Ideally looking for 12‑16 hours a week; weekend availability required.
- First shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Second shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Third shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 AM
$21.69 – $23.86.

Job SummaryAs a Mental Health Worker in our Residential Program, you will supervise and support individuals suffering with severe and persistent mental illness in attending appointments, transporting to and from the group home, and refilling medication in our 24/7 residential facilities. You will coordinate program services, communicate observations and information about clients to appropriate staff, provide verbal counseling and crisis intervention services, and help develop Individual Recovery Plans.
WhatYou Will Do
- Prepare a complete written intake assessment which includes treatment plans, relevant behaviorally‑measurable goals that serve as indexes for evaluating treatment progress, and realistic time frames for achievement.
- Perform ongoing assessment of consumers by exhibiting knowledge of age‑specific population, developmental level and diagnosis.
- Assist the consumers to meet their needs by working on established goals developed in the multidisciplinary treatment plan.
- Complete clinically based assessments at the end of a residential shift to ensure communication on the next shift or the following day.
- Help with the acquisition of transportation and safely transport consumers daily.
- A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science (or related) from an accredited college or university OR 3 years of experience working in a Residential Facility.
- 1 year of verifiable related work or life experience.
- Experience in mental health, residential or partial care services desirable.
- A valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurable policy.
