Job Description: Speech Therapy Plus is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a therapeutic team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating children, creating treatment plans, providing training to team members and families, conducting assessments, monitoring progress, and counseling parents to offer carry‑over strategies. Work collaboratively with BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Provide center‑based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
• Train team members and families on therapeutic strategies.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience in pediatrics.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Job Type: Part‑time (10 hours per week).

Pay: $68.00 – $75.00 per hour.
