Right Way ABA is a woman‑owned, BCBA‑led business offering center‑based and in‑home ABA therapy for children ages 2‑18 years old. We provide training and support for a BT to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

$24.00/hr – $35.00/hr

• Assist behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions over a certain timeframe.
• Follow behavioral health plans developed by other mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care.
• Interview patients at their home or healthcare facility and draft reports to relay their progress to senior mental health professionals.
