Thisrolewillexecuteofficerecruitingplanstoreachselectionprocessactivity,fulltimeandinterncontractandconversiongoals,andonlinepresence.
Criticalcompetenciesinthispositionincludeinterpersonalsavvy,prioritysetting,strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,anddriveresults.
- Utilizesocialmediaplatformtosourceandengagewithpotentialtalent
- Usetechniquestorefinesearchesonsearchengines,jobboard,andsocialmedia
- Promoterecruitingeffortsthroughstrategicmarketing
- Activelyparticipateincampusclubsandorganizationstopromoteandbrand Northwestern Mutual
- Identifyopportunitiesandassistinthecoordinationofoncampuseventsincludingcareerfairs,guestspeakingengagements,etc.
- Reviewresumesandscheduleinitialinterviews
- Shadowinterviewsconductedbydistrictrecruitersandleaders
- Developproficiencyanduseofapplicanttrackingsystemtomaintaincandidatedatabasesandaccuraterecordsofprospectstoensureefficiencyoftheselectionprocess
- Assistinthecoordinationofleadershipteammeetingsandthepreparationofactivity/results reports
- Currentlyenrolledfull-timeincollege
- Interestinidentifying,engaging,andconvertingpremiertalent
- Abilitytomultitaskandprioritizeinafast-paced environment
