Job Summary

Provide hands-on functional support for the global implementation of business solutions in ECC AFS SAP systems, covering end-to-end business support activities. This role reports to the GIT Business Solutions Sr. Director and collaborates closely with global IT and business teams.

Responsibilities

Support global business solution implementations by managing requirements that add value.

Manage end-to-end business processes, including re-engineering and flow analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with business partners.

Lead activities for global SAP SD system implementations.

Manage project plans, communicate effectively at all levels, and ensure policy compliance.

Perform fit-gap analyses and design functional solutions promoting standardization and simplicity.

Create functional design documentation and troubleshoot SAP issues.

Ensure seamless solution transport and integration with existing systems.

Maintain documentation, support user training, and lead testing efforts.

Respond to service requests efficiently and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Monitor system activities and guide users on system and process inquiries.

Manage enhancements as mini-projects, tracking milestones and updates.

Participate in special projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborate with teams for effective solutions.

Area of Responsibilities

ECC AFS SAP configuration
Demand chain processes including Order to Cash, delivery, billing, and ecommerce integration
Design and troubleshoot SAP solutions, including ABAP debugging

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA preferred.

Experience

Participation in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
Experience with S/4

HANA preferred.
7+ years in SAP SD process re-engineering, solution design, and configuration.
Experience in developing custom solutions and system interfaces.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Self-starter with attention to detail, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
