Job Title:
Workday HCM Integration Developer
Location: Paramus, New Jersey
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Required Qualifications & Experience- Active Workday Integrations Certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency with Workday Studio is essential.
- Proven, in-depth experience with the entire Workday integration toolset: EIBs, Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits), and Cloud Connect.
- Strong, practical knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL) and data structures (XML, JSON).
- Mastery of XSLT for complex data transformations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect and resolve complex, time-sensitive technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building applications with Workday Extend
. - Knowledge of or experience with Workday Prism Analytics for data blending and reporting.
- Experience with BIRT for custom reporting layouts.
- Functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
