We are seeking a talented Salesforce AI Engineer to join our team in New York and contribute to the development of AI-powered Salesforce applications and intelligent business automation solutions.

Position Overview
The Salesforce AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence, Agentforce, and Einstein AI.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on Salesforce development experience, a good understanding of generative AI technologies, and the ability to deliver reliable and scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce AI solutions using Agentforce and Einstein AI.
Build and configure intelligent AI agents and conversational automation workflows.
Develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
Integrate Salesforce applications with external APIs, AI services, and enterprise systems.
Implement automated business processes across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Configure AI-powered customer service and sales automation solutions.
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) to support data-driven AI capabilities.
Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
Perform testing, debugging, optimization, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and project managers.
Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design meetings.
Ensure application security, data privacy, and Salesforce development best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar AI-driven CRM technologies.
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, permissions, roles, and data management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions.
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or AI API integrations.
Experience with Mule Soft or enterprise integration platforms.
Understanding of AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and conversational AI.
Experience with Salesforce Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or Agentforce Specialist certification.
