Job DescriptionWe are looking for a visionary Executive Director to oversee the operations of our adult daycare center. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and compassionate care. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading our dedicated staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Management :
Provide overall leadership and direction for the adult daycare center, including managing staff, setting goals, and ensuring high standards of care. - Operational Oversight :
Oversee daily operations, including program development, client care, and facility management to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the center. - Financial Management :
Develop and manage the centers budget, oversee financial operations, and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining quality services. - Compliance & Regulations :
Ensure the center operates in compliance with all state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records. - Community & Family Relations :
Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Represent the center at community events and work to enhance the centers reputation. - Staff Development :
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Implement ongoing staff development and training programs. - Strategic Planning :
Develop and implement strategic plans to promote growth and improve services. Identify and pursue opportunities for program enhancement and innovation.
- Education :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. - Experience :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a healthcare or social services setting, with a focus on adult care services. - Skills :
Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in adult care. - Attributes :
