Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are hiring now.

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

• Flexible and full‑time schedules: 9:30 am–6 pm weekdays, weekends until 5 pm.

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend products, including packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Keep customers current with payments, make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk throughout facilities; spend up to 50% of time outdoors, walk stairs, open large doors.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.

Experience: Customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement available.
