As a prep cook – Cocinero Prep, your job includes:

• Preparing food to OTB specifications.
• Ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements.
• Completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen.
• Communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout your shift.
