Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

• Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality
• Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards
• Answer guest questions about coffee and cafe offerings
• Operate espresso machines and bar equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
• Deliver beautiful, high-quality coffee beverages with consistency
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Passion for hospitality, coffee, and teamwork

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment
• At least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment is preferred

• Competitive Pay: $13.25-$16.25/hour, depending on experience, plus tip share (typically $10-$15/hour)
