Summary

Our Stockroom Operations Leads are critical to the success of our stores. As a Stock Lead, you’re the primary business owner of the stockroom, overseeing the processing, product placement, and transfers of the store. It’s your job to instill the importance of maintaining a stockroom that is safe and efficient so that our customers have the product they want when they want it.

You lead by example to model exceptional stockroom standards and promote a positive and respectful environment. You partner closely with your Store Manager to train and develop all stock associates and empower your team members through encouragement, recognition, and feedback.

Description

As a HOKA Stock Lead, you maintain the stockroom area in which all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet the needs of the store. You keep the stockroom and stock desk neat and orderly while practicing and promoting safety consciousness and security measures to deter theft. You are responsible for ensuring that all stock processes and policies are understood by your team members and followed at all times.

You strategically plan for new product arrivals, execute necessary adjustments, receive and verify shipments, handle discrepancies to keep inventory counts current and accurate, handle customer charge sends, manage store transfers between retail locations or distribution centers, and control damaged or mismatched inventory per company standards. You also maintain a key to the store securely.

You assist the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding the store’s fiscal business plan by supporting sales and productivity plans. You help replenish and display product on the sales floor, organize it according to our Visual Merchandising standards, provide excellent customer service, greet customers, direct them to products, answer questions, offer product knowledge, and promote the store and brand image. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and cooperate to meet the needs of the business.

Key Qualifications
  • One (1) to two (2) years of retail store experience preferred
  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
