The Person al Stylist Assistant supports a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. This on-site role also supports online selling and helps create memorable customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
- Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media activity.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and keep fitting rooms clean.
- At least 2 years of experience using technology and digital tools.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
