Pacsun is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. The role supports the Store Manager to lead a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store operation and to motivate the team to meet KPI targets.
The candidate should have a passion for fashion, a HS diploma, strong communication and computer skills, and be able to work 32–40 hours weekly, including weekends and peak holiday periods. Salary is hourly: $18.50–$22.00.
