BRIDGE is seeking a Sales Manager who is responsible for driving sales, establishing strategic relationships, and building client business success to achieve revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a results‑driven, experienced sales executive to join our high‑growth business. In this role, you will drive new and recurring revenue through strategic digital media sales, cultivate new business opportunities, and manage ongoing relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital advertising sales, a demonstrable client list, deep knowledge of local media products (OTT/video/display, email, social, etc.) and real‑world success with audience‑based selling, and can speak the language of local business owners, agencies, and regional brands. The position is 100% remote with some travel to client meetings.
The salary range for this role is $90,000–$100,000 per year.
Essential Responsibilities- Achieve successful sales growth through net new business opportunities
- Maintain and grow existing account revenue through collaborative, solutions‑based sales strategies focusing on the value of people‑based data
- Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility
- Build and maintain long‑lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
- Drive client partnership performance, build the brand with key stakeholders, and drive strategic growth via unique use cases
- Work with Connect product, marketing, client success, and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging, and positioning
- Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross‑functional teams, and business partners
- The role is 100% remote and requires some travel to client meetings
- 5+ years of sales and/or business development professional experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Deep understanding of audience‑based selling and the ability to articulate the value proposition clearly
- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and best‑practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing, and audience targeting
- Self‑starter, independent, and motivated who has autonomously run a full sales cycle and multiple client relationships
- Exemplary sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working in or with local media companies (broadcast, print, or digital) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
