The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated service, styling, and personal engagement. This onsite role serves clients in person and digitally while meeting sales and client development goals.
Responsibilities- Provide expert styling, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and support sales.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in fashion retail, styling, digital client selling, and commission sales.
- Strong motivation to set and achieve sales goals.
- Flexible work schedule.
