The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, personal engagement, and exceptional customer service. This onsite role provides styling guidance and product recommendations to in-store and digital clients while working toward sales and client development goals.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate expert styling, fashion, trend, and brand knowledge.
- Use selling tools, digital technology, and omnichannel inventory to serve clients.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
- Grow individual business through client outreach, technology, and social media.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
- Commission sales experience and experience using digital tools to sell to clients.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals, with a flexible work schedule.
