Looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity where your experience and dedication truly matter? We're looking for a dependable, confident, and hands‑on DSP who is ready to make a positive impact and get started as soon as possible!

This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human‑services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part‑time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.

We're looking for someone mature, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a one-to-one support setting. Previous DSP experience is REQUIRED, and we're looking for someone who can step in confidently, provide reliable support, and build a positive connection with the individual.

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.

• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.

• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.

• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.

• Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

• Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

  Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3 PM–6 PM.
