TGA is committed to nurturing young athletes by providing engaging sports programs directly in their schools and communities. Our goal is to teach kids the fundamentals of sports while encouraging character development, teamwork, and proper sportsmanship.
We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a GMulti‑Sport Coach
. This role involves teaching basics and fundamentals of various sports to children ages 5-14, emphasizing not just skill development but also the joy of playing sports. Coaches are crucial in fostering a love for golf through fun, interactive lessons that incorporate education and safety.
Coaches can work part-time, with opportunities ranging from 1 day to 7 days a week, offering 2‑5 hours of work per day during the school year, and potentially more during the summer months. No extensive coaching experience is required, as we provide training on the TGA curriculum. However, a love for working with children and a positive attitude are essential.
The sports TGA specializes in are Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Cheer, Lacrosse, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, and Lacrosse.
Requirements- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later)
- Reliable transportation
- Excitement for teaching kids and sharing the game of golf
- Ability to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment
- High energy, flexible, punctual, and creative
- Comfortable communicating with children and parents
- Willingness to commit to at least one full season
- Pass a clean background check
