Overview
We are supporting a global, award-winning cybersecurity consultancy in their search for an IAM Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-border IT initiatives. This role sits within a fast-paced, international environment and requires a hands-on project manager who is dynamic, results-driven, and comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver international IT projects from initiation through to completion
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple geographies
Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to ensure on-time delivery
Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
Ensure project governance, reporting, and documentation are maintained to a high standard
Drive continuous improvement and ensure project outcomes align with business objectives
Must-Have Requirements

4 - 6 years’ experience in IT Project Management
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent)
Proven experience delivering IT projects in an international or multi-stakeholder environment
Highly dynamic, proactive, and results-driven approach
Nice-to-Have

Based in Paris (remote options available)
Prior experience working on Workforce IAM / Identity & Access Management projects
Exposure to Okta or similar IAM platforms
