Warehouse Assembler

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Paris, Illinois, as Warehouse Assembly Workers. In this position, you will build a variety of products by adhering to specific assembly guidelines, maintaining quality benchmarks, and following established safety protocols. While prior background in a manufacturing setting is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Construct products by strictly adhering to provided assembly methods and guidelines.
• Modify components through cutting, trimming, bending, or adjusting to ensure they fit correctly.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety and quality protocols.
• Examine finished items visually to verify that they satisfy our quality requirements.
• Retrieve all necessary components and supplies needed for the assembly process.
• Keep your workstation and tools clean and in good working order.
• Assist in the movement or stacking of materials as the workflow requires.
• Disassemble, sanitize, fix, and reconstruct existing assemblies as needed.
• Complete other tasks as directed by management.
• Demonstrate the physical capability to stand, walk, crouch, and utilize hands and fingers for handling tools and parts.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and executing written directives.
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with team members.
• Demonstrate high levels of dependability and consistent attendance.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Fundamental math skills and the ability to operate standard measuring tools.
• Possession of a high school diploma or a recognized equivalent.

• Site: Paris, IL
• Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rate: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour
