What You'll Do:

• Build lifelong relationships with clients by delivering a personalized buying experience

• Guide customers through the car-buying process with a consultative, pressure-free approach

• Stay up to date on vehicle features, options, and cutting-edge technologies

• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

• Follow up with buyers to foster repeat and referral business

• Collaborate with a high-energy, supportive team

• Report directly to the Sales Manager and contribute to team goals

What We're Looking For:

• Energetic, self-driven individuals with a desire to learn and grow

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability, including weekends

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and at least 3 years of driving experience
