Patient Access Coordinator Float

Job Description:

Patient Access is a multi-disciplinary function carried out at the point of service areas of the medical office.
Patient Access Coordinators perform front office duties under the general direction of the Clinical/Practice Manager or designee. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key skills required are customer service, clerical skills, fiduciary responsibility, and accuracy.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills
• Reliable, independent transportation

Preferred qualifications include clerical experience in a medical office setting and additional education.
