We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience for an immediate, 3-month contract to reinforce our People team through a critical phase of the annual compensation calendar. This is a fully hands‑on mission with real ownership from day one: you'll need to be operational within days, not weeks, picking up live, time-sensitive work streams already in motion.
You will report directly to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance and partner closely with HRBPs and local HR teams to keep Bla Bla Car 's core compensation processes running without disruption.
