- Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
- Assess customer need for additional products/services
- Assess customer compliance with physician orders
- Answer questions and provide customer education regarding products/services
- Document calls in computerized record keeping system
- Enter customer orders in computerized system
- Verify and update demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
