Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
Requirements:
Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee
Previous clinical experience preferred
BLS certification (required)
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
