Clinic Director - H2 Health Prime Living | Paris, TN

Full-time - Flexible Schedule!

As a Clinic Director, you'll oversee the operations of luxury senior living communities, manage clinical services, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. This position involves roughly 85% clinical treatment and 15% clinic oversight. You will work with a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s-related conditions, general orthopedic, and balance and dizziness. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient’s functional needs.

• Education:
  
  Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in outpatient or senior care settings. Leadership experience preferred
• Licensure:
  Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of PA
