• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address individual needs

• Participate in patient education and training, promoting self‑management and independence
• Maintain accurate and timely records, meeting quality and regulatory standards
• Stay current with best practices and evidence‑based research, incorporating new knowledge and skills into practice

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on patient‑centered care
