As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Ultra Health, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to skilled nursing facility residents. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services and will establish and build strong working relationships with administrators and staff throughout your designated location(s).

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Provide Psychotherapy tailored to each client's needs.
• Offer care and support for individuals experiencing trauma-related symptoms.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate care for patients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans for individuals with disabilities.
• Conduct assessments, create treatment goals, and maintain accurate medical records using ICD-10 coding.
• Engage in Psychotherapy to support behavioral modifications and improvements.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, focusing on enhancing overall well-being.

• Valid license as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, including geriatric patients.
• Proficiency in conducting individual counseling sessions.
• Proficiency in Psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding for accurate recordkeeping.

• Active LCSW license in Tennessee.
• Experience with geriatric or adult populations.
• Skilled in psychotherapy & clinical documentation.

• Ability to work independently.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
