Job SummaryThe High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for supporting the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) in a store, handling tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, inventories, merchandise assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Responsibilities- Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts, primarily Monday through Thursday.
- Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform inventory counts.
- Hang signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, Add Value, and Appreciate. - Perform other duties as assigned.
Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is necessary.
Skills & Abilities- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
- Self-directed with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
- Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move merchandise, and stand for long periods.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
