GROWING company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to one of their plants in the Paris, TX area.
SUMMARY- Provide the full range of HR Generalist support to around 400 employees (and growing) at one of the company’s non-union manufacturing plant
- Work closely with plant leadership
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Some experience in a manufacturing plant or similar industrial setting
- Creative/innovative mindset
