Solution is seeking a certified Workday HCM consultant to drive end-to-end Workday implementations, phase-2 rollouts, and post-go-live optimization across North America. You will partner with client HR teams to translate people processes into Workday configuration and lead functional work streams.
As a consultant, you will collaborate with HR, payroll and business stakeholders, conduct design workshops, and mentor junior team members, while traveling up to 25% to client sites as needed.
