The position is based in Paris.

As Manager, your missions are as follows:

• Manager, you supervise the Engineers in your team and you ensure the monitoring and reporting of your team's contribution to the activity of the Paris teams.
• Focused on professional development, youensure the balance of the workload as well as the distribution of tasks between the Engineers, in order to promote the development and skills development ofyour employees.
• A unifying force, you ensure that a high level of commitment is maintained among the team's employees, by ensuring a stimulating and motivating work environment.
• Rigorous and methodical, youensure compliance with the rules in place (procedures, absences, timetables,etc.), and oversee billing.
• As a business developer, youexpand and diversify the firm's patent clientele and support team members during strategic meetings. You also help to strengthen the firm's reputation by actively participating in external events.

You are also specialized in a field of Chemistry and youwill also work with varied clients both in terms of size and typology in orderto assist them in obtaining, maintaining and exploiting or defending their patents.

You have a higher education in engineering and/or medicine, are an industrial property consultant and European attorney,and have experience in team management. You are fluent in English.
