What You Will Do
  • Under the direction of the Plant Manager, be responsible for the proper maintenance of all equipment in the Production, Logistics, Plant Services, and Maintenance departments and for providing Maintenance support to all other departments.
  • Maintenance Reliability: assist with direction setting and support Maintenance reliability KPIs; drive root cause failure analysis.
  • Manufacturing Execution: orchestrate daily Maintenance support of manufacturing; manage all Maintenance functions as they relate to manufacturing to achieve the plant’s operating plan.
  • Continuous Improvement: manage continuous improvement efforts to eliminate recurring issues and meet production and efficiency goals; identify and implement small capital improvements.
  • Department Budgeting: monitor department expense budgets; manage use of labor and materials to optimize effectiveness.
  • Strategic Planning: develop, recommend, and review long-term strategies for expense and capital initiatives; contribute to the facility’s strategic capital plan.
  • Personal Development: develop a competent Maintenance Department workforce; ensure personnel have the tools, supplies, and materials required for maintenance services.
  • Health, Safety, and Employee Relations: enforce safety procedures and policies; maintain a teamwork-oriented work environment.
  • Identify opportunities with a multi-disciplined team to achieve plant goals, including equipment modifications to address immediate needs and providing information for capital projects.
  • Review equipment design modification, PLC process control, and safety issues; formulate action plans including funding, resources, and production schedules.
  • Address technical issues raised by Production; enhance preventive maintenance programs toward predictive maintenance; form a predictive maintenance team to analyze data and support predictive initiatives.
  • Ensure annual plant shutdowns accommodate regulatory inspections and on-time repairs.
Who You Will Work With

You will work with all departments in the facility.

What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
  • BS in technical discipline
  • 6 years of experience in plant engineering and/or maintenance
It Would Be Great To Have… (Nice to Have)
  • Superior problem-solving, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Capital project implementation experience
  • Financial budgeting experience
  • Experience with TPM tools and plant reliability initiatives
  • Experience with predictive maintenance
Compensation And Benefits

Target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $141,900 and $204,000. Individual base pay depends on location, experience, skills, and education. Total pay may include other compensation. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), and wellness programs from day one. Please consult the Talent Acquisition Partner for details about total rewards.
