Job SummaryExhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures. Provides solutions to issues in creative and effective ways. Understands the interrelationships of different disciplines. Directs the application of existing principles and guides development of new policies and ideas.
Responsibilities Technical SupportResponsible for advanced technical repairs and escalations on complex mission‑critical datacenter systems.
Performs repairs, oversees site maintenance, and recommends new procedures.
Analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
ReportingReviews advanced contractual reports and activities.
Site MaintenanceOversees the site maintenance and upkeep of Data Center infrastructures according to Equinix global standards.
Assess Adherence to PolicyOversees that all repairs performed on all Data Center infrastructure are according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and best practices.
Complexity & Problem SolvingAids in root cause analysis and in repair of failed components.
Provides solutions to issues in creative and effective waysDetermines methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Collaboration & InteractionLiaises with design stakeholders on design changes.
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages.
Frequently advises others on complex matters.
DesignValidates design criteria for new principal power installations.
QualificationsTypically requires a minimum of proven years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or proven years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with proven years experience; or equivalent experience.

PrincipalMaintenance Manager – HTB (Argenteuil)
En tant que Responsable de maintenance poste HTB votre mission principale sera d’accompagner l’exploitation d’un datacenter et son infrastructure de distribution électrique HTB. Il s’agit essentiellement d’assurer la continuité de service offerte à nos clients, en étant garant de la sûreté de fonctionnement des installations techniques (disponibilité, fiabilité, maintenabilité, sécurité), avec une exigence élevée d’efficience énergétique.
