Rodgers Wade is looking for an Assembly Lead to join our team in Paris, Texas

• Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.
• Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.
• Continually trains and develops employees to facilitate job growth and cross training.
• Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Immediately notifies supervision of any issues related to material quality and documentation as well as tool performance and needs.

• Experience in construction or assembly work
• Comfort using tools and working with wood or laminates
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
• Team player with a strong work ethic

• Competitive Pay – $18–$20/hour (pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level)
