Nocturnal Hospitalist Position

Paris Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our hospitalist team as a Nocturnist.

• Schedule:
  • 8 PM – 8 AM
  • Current schedule is 7 on/7 off but open to other, flexible schedules
  • Requirement of 14 shifts/month
• Support:
  • Evening physician coverage (4 PM – 11 PM)
  • Internal Medicine Residency program with some overnight coverage
• Admissions:
  • ~ 7 per night
  • 18+ only (no pediatrics, OB, or trauma)
• EMR: Meditect

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required
• NP or PA with active licensure in Texas (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
