Red River Outdoor Living was founded in 1997 by Ross and Kala Moore with the goal of providing you with everything you need to enjoy your outdoor space. Our services include construction landscape, swimming pools, retail nursery center, plus Big Green Egg sales and more.

Responsible for working on a Field Crew and effectively communicating with other team members

Ability to understand construction plans and job-related scope of work

Stonework such as edging/patios/retaining walls

Operate power tools safely and effectively

Operate heavy equipment (i.e., bobcats, excavators, skid‑steer loader, etc.)

Removal & installation of landscapes using hands, tools, & equipment

Planting trees and shrubs

Excavation, grading and transport of soils and debris

Transport and installation of various landscape materials

Install softscape, hardscape, irrigation & drainage

Prep, organize, clean tools, equipment, trucks, and jobsite

Topsoil and grading, sod, mulch, paver, and water feature installation

Dig trenches and backfill holes to prepare for construction projects

Loading and unloading building materials

Cleaning and removing materials and debris from worksites

Greet clients, vendors, and other visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Other duties as assigned which may or may not be directly related to the position

Maintain professional appearance and conduct

Minimum Requirements (Preferred)

Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record

Must be able to pass drug test at any time. (Required)

Ability to work safely, in hot, cold, dry, or wet weather for long periods of time
