Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to support commercial and industrial plumbing operations in Paris, TX. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is confident in installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and enjoys working independently while upholding strong safety and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $27–$30/hr (W2)

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new and replacement plumbing equipment and components according to manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements.
  • Install and service piping, water lines, compressed air lines, drain lines, and process piping systems following established standards.
  • Perform maintenance and repair on drain lines, leaks, backflow systems, hot water systems, boilers, filters, and other commercial or industrial plumbing systems.
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures including sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals, water heaters, hot water tanks, and water softeners.
  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to assess installation or repair needs and support accurate cost estimating.
  • Complete labor and material take‑offs to support project estimates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including timesheets, service reports, expense logs, and purchase card records.
  • Participate in general tasks such as safety training, on‑call rotation, and proper maintenance of tools and vehicles.
Required Skills/Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Completion of a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program.
  • Minimum 5+ years of verifiable plumbing experience, preferably focused on commercial service and remodel work.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • State or jurisdiction Journeyman Plumber License (required).
  • Ability to read and interpret safety instructions, service documentation, blueprints, piping schematics, and spec manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of plumbing systems.
  • Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
