GPT Renewables is hiring an experienced Mechanical Foreman for a large-scale solar remediation project in Paris, Texas. You will provide hands-on field leadership for crews performing module replacement and mechanical remediation, directing daily activities, and ensuring safety and quality on site.
The ideal candidate has utility-scale solar experience and prior foreman leadership. Expect 50–60 hour weeks for 8 weeks at $35/hour with a $150/day per diem for eligible travelers.
