Software Engineer - Paris hybrid

As a Software Engineer you will design, develop, deploy and operate business‑critical features that add customer value. Operational excellence, metrics, observability and best practices will be part of your day‑to‑day job. You will work on NodeJS and Typescript back‑end stacks, hosted on AWS, building resilient services integrated with voice and customers’ critical tools.

• Create, design, develop, test and monitor your code in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to offer pragmatic solutions to real‑world problems and implement them end to end.
• Design high quality, secure and scalable solutions and be accountable for their execution.
• Obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new technologies and architectures, demonstrating good judgment in their potential applications.

• At least 2+ years of back‑end development experience using Type Script & NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails or other languages focused on security, scalability, availability and performance.
• Extensive experience with AWS in a production environment, preferably for high volume/high availability services.
• Experience with frontend applications is a big plus, preferably with React.
• Value code simplicity, quality, performance and maintainability.
• Can design pragmatic & simple architectures to solve problems at scale.
• Effective and proactive communication skills, collaborating with different profiles and roles.
