We’re looking to fill this position immediately, and we’re seeking a Spanish-speaking dentist who is compassionate, tech-savvy, and eager to start right away.

• Expected earnings: $180,000–$216,000 annually
• Competitive compensation: 30% of adjusted production
• Daily guarantee: $750 a day for the first 3 months
• Professional support: paid malpractice insurance
• Continuing education: $1,500 annual allowance for CE courses

Practice freely without corporate constraints
, in a fully digital office built around same-day treatment
. This is a CEREC practice
: you’ll design and mill your own crowns in-house, place implants, and handle surgical cases including wisdom teeth, keeping treatment in the building instead of referring it out.

You’ll perform a wide range of procedures
, including:

• Same-day crowns powered by Primescan and Primemill
• Direct and indirect restorations
• Implants
• Surgical extractions
  , including wisdom teeth
• Invisalign and Sure Smile
• Anything else within your training and comfort level

Technology highlights include:

• CBCT imaging for precise diagnostics
• Hard and soft tissue lasers for advanced procedures
• Primescan and Primemill same-day CAD/CAM
