As a Service Advisor, you are the face and voice of our service department. You’ll engage with customers, identify their automotive needs, recommend services, and keep them informed throughout their visit. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with and through people, communicates with enthusiasm, and is always “selling” in the sense of motivating, guiding, and building trust.
This is a high-energy, high-impact position ideal for individuals who work at a fast pace, take initiative, and enjoy leading others toward a shared goal.
We are looking for individuals with a background in service advising, service writing, or service management.
- Build strong relationships with customers through warm, engaging, and proactive communication
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and schedule service and repair appointments
- Consult with customers and present clear, compelling service recommendations
- Communicate service updates throughout the repair process and ensure customers feel supported
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to keep workflow efficient and on track
- Create accurate repair orders and document all customer interactions
- Provide pricing, explain services, and ensure accurate billing and payment processing
- Maintain awareness of sales goals and confidently work toward achieving department targets
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products, programs, and best practices
- Collaborate with and support other service team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Prior experience in a service writer, service advisor, or service manager role

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including using software for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Prior experience as a service advisor or a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
