Ski Butlers is seeking an In-House Team Lead for the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley operation in Park City, Utah. You will guide the on-site ski rental and valet team, set priorities, assign staff to stations, and ensure a seamless guest experience during the winter season.
As the shift manager, you’ll work closely with hotel staff, handle guest escalations, and maintain equipment readiness and safety standards while delivering outstanding service.
