• Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Operate the register efficiently and courteously to minimize guest wait time.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out), ensuring appropriate stock levels, fresh products, and a spotless food service area.
• Assist with food service operations, including food preparation and food safety, following company processes to provide a consistent guest experience.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager in developing an exceptional guest experience and a positive working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Preferred education:
  
  High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred experience:
  
  3–6 months of restaurant experience.
• Preferred licenses/certifications:
  Serv Safe/Food Safety certification (a plus but not mandatory).
• Soft skills:
  
  Comfortable speaking with guests and team members; high energy; ability to multitask; team oriented; basic computer skills.

This position is available for both part‑time and full‑time hours, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. Work may involve day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Part‑time: up to 29 hours per week. Full‑time: 30–40 hours per week. Minimum number of days per week as required by the restaurant.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for 8 hours, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, and work in cooler temperatures. Continuous moderate noise exposure is typical.

Specialized attire is required: slip‑resistant footwear and brand‑assigned attire.
