Food & Beverage Supervisor

This is a working supervisor position responsible for menu planning, food preparation, food service, cleaning and sanitation, quality assurance, monitoring of performance, and the implementation of consistent employee training and the overall administration of activities. Responsible for the administration of all beverage team members to ensure proper and efficient beverage service to all guests.

• Interviews, hires, evaluates performance, trains and orients new team members.
• Sets schedules and job duties while maintaining hours for proper staffing.
• Responsible for labor and food/beverage cost.
• Orders food and supplies സംഘം maintains pars for stock inventory control.
• Complies with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations as well as Credit, state and local applicable laws.
• Deals tactfully with guests when handling unexpected situations, finding solutions that ensure customer satisfaction with minimal financial impact on the F&B operation.
• Acts as a team member with Kitchen Staff, EVS, Casino Host and Marketing in producing a smoothly and efficiently run event.
• Communicates effectively with co‑workers, management and guests.
• May be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.
• Ability to verbally communicate using appropriate English standards of language.

• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.

• Must qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, State, Federal and/or Wyandotte Nation law.

• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 50-athces in emergency situations.
• Ability to function in a smoking environment.
