• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and engine systems
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the Service Advisor
• Perform high‑quality, efficient repairs following manufacturer standards
• Document work, parts, and time accurately
• Stay current on European automotive technology
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace

• Strong diagnostic skills with European models
• Ability to quickly identify and solve mechanical/electronic issues
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑driven work ethic
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

• ASE certifications
• Automotive technical training or trade school
